Cultural experience classes

Japanese cultural experience classes are held once every three months.
These classes offer many opportunities to learn Japanese through cultural activities such as wearing kimono, tea ceremonies, flower arrangement, and more.
Enjoy Japanese culture in addition to the language during your stay in Japan.

Students from a number of different countries are enrolled at SAMU Language School, approximately 30 countries mainly around Asia.
The common language in the classroom is Japanese.
This increases your opportunity to use Japanese, cultivating your Japanese communication skills.

SAMU Language School Classes

Course level

There are 10 levels available, from basic to advanced. The classes you are entered into are decided based on a placement test and Japanese interview at the time of enrollment.

Number of classes and class size

A maximum of 26 classes, with up to 20 students per class

Lessons

Monday to Friday / 4 classes per day (One class = 45 minutes)

Long-term holidays

Semester holidays, summer vacation (mid-August)
