Long-term Courses
Long-term courses from 15 months to 2 years. There is an application deadline and review period as a student visa will need to be acquired (2-3 months). Applications will no longer be accepted as soon as capacity is reached, so please apply as soon as possible. The required documents will also differ depending on your nationality and if your financial sponsor lives in Japan. Please contact our office for details.

Short-term Courses
Short-term courses ranging from one to three months. Applications are accepted up to three months before the start of each course (April, July, October, January). Those who can obtain a 60 day temporary stay visa are eligible.

- Fill in your full name starting with your family name.
- Fill in your date of birth in the order of year (年) → month (月) → day (日).
- Fill in your complete address.
- For your birthplace, fill in the city name in addition to the country name.
- Enter your telephone number starting with the country code.
- Make sure to enter the year (年) and month (月) for enrollment and graduation dates.
- If there is not enough room to write out your reason in the margin, write it out on a separate sheet of paper (A4 size).
- If you have a history of entering or leaving Japan, make sure to attach a copy of your passport stamp column.
- Fill in the name of the applicant at the top of the "financial statement".
