Please be advised that the long-term vacation periods for the 2025 academic year at SAMU Educational Institute are as follows:
Long-Term Vacation Periods
Summer Vacation:
August 2, 2025 (Saturday) – August 17, 2025 (Sunday)
Winter Vacation:
December 19, 2025 (Friday) – January 5, 2026 (Monday)
Regarding part-time employment during these long-term vacation periods, in accordance with the Immigration Control Act, while students are normally limited to 28 hours per week, they are permitted to work up to 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week during these designated vacation periods.
Going forward, instead of distributing printed notices regarding long-term vacation periods, this information will be made available on the “The SAMU Times” section of our official website. We kindly ask that you refer to the website for future updates.
Please also note that students carry a Student ID Card issued by our school. We would appreciate it if you could verify the school name and student’s name using this card when necessary.
